Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a Dsec\Ir75a cDNA in which the terminal stop codon has been removed and GFP has been inserted in-frame with the last coding exon. The naturally occurring read-through premature stop codon at position 214 in the Dsec\Ir75a coding sequence has been mutated to a different stop codon TAA to TGA change).
