vvl 1+2 enhancer sequences regulate expression of EGFP tagged with Tag:PH(PLCδ-Unk); in addition to mutating the main and overlapping Hox-cofactor sites, another 18 putative core monomer Hox binding sites are also mutated (vvm stands for very very mutated).
