Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Ir75b open reading frame (amplified from antennal cDNA), mutated to carry the amino acid substitutions P473S, G492S, A520T and T523S in the ligand-binding domain (in each case the mutation changes the amino acid residue to that found in the D. sechellia ortholog).
