Description

A ubiquitin promoter drives expression of EGFP fused to sima amino acids 692-863 (encodes the oxygen-dependent degradation domain), with a P850A amino acid replacement in the sima sequence. This mutation inactivates the oxygen-dependent degradation domain and this construct is used as a control.
