UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the processed form of sli (lacking the C-terminal fragment) in which a Tag:M(CD8-Unk) transmembrane domain has been fused (via a linker peptide) to the C-terminal end of the protein, followed by a Tag:MYC tag (also fused via a linker peptide).
