Description

The native bcd regulatory region drives expression of EGFP coding region. bcd 5' and 3' UTRs are present. Some bcd coding sequence is present downstream of the EGFP coding sequence, but a STOP codon has been included at the C-terminal end of the EGFP coding sequence to prevent translation of this bcd coding sequence.
