Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of mature length Oari\PrP (amino acid residues 25-232) encoding the naturally occurring "VRQ" polymorphic variant (Val[136] Arg[154] Gln[171]). An insect secretion signal peptide is fused to the N-terminal end of the coding sequence. No glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor signal has been added to this transgene.
