Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of α-Cat that has two mutations within the actin-binding domain; the α1-helix has a REAM to GSGS change starting at residue 683 and the β-hairpin is deleted (amino acid residues 812-823 are absent). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA.
