Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of dominant negative EcR B1 isoform (contains deletion of C655 and amino acid replacement W650A). A small intron derived from the Mhc gene followed by a synthetic AT-rich 21bp sequence, along with the 3' UTR from the Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcNPV) p10 gene are present.
