Description

Fragment extending from 1975bp upstream to 3544bp downstream of the major Miro transcriptional start site. The region including intron 3, the alternative spliced exon 4, and intron 5 has been replaced with the exon that is specific for the RC isoform, resulting in expression of only the Miro-RC isoform under the control of Miro regulatory sequences.
