UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a seq cDNA that has been mutated to carry two point mutations (Y313A and I316A) in the LIR motif (shown to reduce binding to Atg8a protein in vitro). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
