Description

A genomic enhancer fragment identified in a ChIP-seq experiment as a peak bound by oc (but not bcd) in embryos is fused upstream of the eve basal promoter and the lacZ coding region. All copies of the TTATCCT motif in the enhancer fragment have been mutated.
