Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of Ubx; two amino acids in the predicted a-helix of the activation domain have been mutated to Pro (this is expected to disrupt helix folding). This mutation has previously been shown to be unable to activate transcription in cell culture (FBrf0144748).
