UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a Miga cDNA, in which a number of phosphorylation sites are mutated (amino acid replacements S225A, S228A, S230A, S233A, S237A, S243A, S246A and S249A). The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with RFP(Unk).
