Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of amino acid residues 20-231 of the cnn 'T' (non-centrosomal, testis-specific) class protein. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with 6xTag:MYC. It is also tagged at the C-terminal end with a centriole targeting sequence (Tag:PACT(Plp)).
