Description

djl promoter and 5'UTR sequence (from -555 to +43 relative to the transcription start site) is fused upstream of lacZ. In addition, sequence corresponding to each of the two CG42355 introns has been inserted into the lacZ coding sequence (the two intron sequences have been inserted non-contiguously).
