Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a 'morphotrap' fusion protein composed of a Tag:SS(BiP) signal peptide, the VHH(GFP4) nanobody, a Tag:M(CD8-Unk) transmembrane sequence and the Tag:HA epitope. The VHH(GFP4) nanobody is extracellular in the expressed protein, allowing it to trap any GFP-tagged extracellular protein, while the Tag:HA epitope is intracellular.
