Description

lexAop regulates expression of a fusion of Syb and TEVp with a GFP(N146I) tag inserted between them, which localizes to neurotransmitter vesicles with GFP oriented inside the vesicle. The p10 3'UTR is used. (GenBank MN658791.) Used in the first (release) and/or second (targeting) steps of the BacTrace system.
