Description

UASt regulatory sequences are fused upstream of a genomic fragment that comprises the coding region plus the 5' and 3' UTRs of M6 isoforms C, D, E, F and G. A sfGFP tag has been inserted such that isoforms C, D, E and F (but not the B or G isoforms) are expected to be C-terminally tagged.
