Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of arr that has been mutated to carry the same lesion as in arrm7; a nonsense mutation in the seventh exon of that is predicted to result in the truncation of 191 amino acid residues from the encoded protein. The coding sequence is tagged with Tag:HA. The protein produced acts as a dominant-negative.
