Description

The Pink1 promoter (-1291 to +715 relative to the transcription start site) drives expression of Pink1 coding sequence in which the N-terminal 150 residues have been replaced with a Tag:Mito(Tom20) tag; this targets the protein to the outer mitochondrial membrane.
