Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length hh cDNA, with a Tag:HA epitope inserted into the coding sequence just upstream of the autocleavage site. A Cys-to-Ala mutation has been introduced at the autocleavage site (codon 258). Two stop codons have been introduced in place of codon 410.
