Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of the long osk isoform coding sequence, tagged at the N-terminal end with 3xTag:FLAG and with GFP. The start codon of the short isoform has been mutated (M139L) to prevent translation of the short isoform. bcd 3'UTR sequence is present downstream of the coding sequence.
