Description

Two tandem copies of the eve mesodermal element from +5.7kb to +6.6 kb (relative to the transcription start site) and an eve promoter fragment are fused upstream of a chimeric protein consisting of the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain fused to an eve fragment that includes both repressor domains.
