Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the iPLA2-VIA PB isoform (sequence amplified from the RE23733 cDNA), in which the catalytic Ser residue has been mutated to Ala; this has previously been shown to abrogate catalytic activity. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA.
