Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the wild-type CNBP coding sequence, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:HA. Synonymous mutations have been introduced into the region targeted by P{GD7370}, rendering this transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by P{GD7370}.
