Description

A genomic promoter fragment from upstream of the Nup54 transcription start site, mutated to carry the deletion present in Nup54QB62, drives expression of the Nup54 transcription unit from which the first intron has been deleted (so that coding sequence from the overlapping CG43204 gene is not present). The Nup54 coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
