4.3kb genomic fragment including osk, with three copies of Tag:HA at position T140. Contains a deletion in the 3'UTR (Δ550-597), which has been replaced with UCAC (forms a tetra-loop to stabilize the adjacent stem region). Contains a subtle mutation in the SL2a signal.
