Description

4.3kb genomic fragment including osk, with three copies of Tag:HA at position T140. The poly(A) tail of osk mRNA has been replaced with 80bp of His4 sufficient for 3' end processing and function. Also contains mutations in both copies of the canonical AAUAAA signal (to AAGAAA) to prevent conventional cleavage and polyadenylation.
