Description

4.3kb genomic fragment including osk, with three copies of Tag:HA at position T140. The poly(A) tail of osk mRNA has been replaced with 80bp of His4 sufficient for 3' end processing and function. The A-rich sequence (ARS) has been removed from the osk 3'UTR.
