Description

Nup358 regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein that is composed of the coding sequence for the Nup358 A isoform (a 69bp sequence that is only present in the B isoform has been deleted from the coding sequence) fused to a catalytically active portion of RanGAP with a truncation of the C-terminal regulatory domain.
