Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated fra coding sequence that carries a E1354A amino acid substitution; this results in a protein that is deficient for transcriptional activation. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of the Tag:HA tag. UTR and signal sequences from the wg gene are also present.
