Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated fra coding sequence in which the P3 motif (amino acids 1098-1348) has been deleted. The VP16 activation domain is fused to the C-terminal end of the fra coding sequence. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of the Tag:HA tag. UTR and signal sequences from the wg gene are also present.
