Description

35kb genomic fragment that encompasses the entire for locus. A premature stop codon has been introduced at the start of the first coding exon common to all transcripts (at position 573 relative to the PA isoform). An Hsp70 transcription terminator has also been introduced, downstream of this premature stop codon.
