Six copies of a hb-protein binding site and six copies of a bcd-protein binding site (GGGATTA) and a minimal Hsp70Bb promoter are fused upstream of the iRFP670 coding sequence. 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been inserted downstream of the coding sequence.
