Description

A twi enhancer that when wild-type drives expression in the VLM (ventral longitudinal musculature of the heart) lineage, in which the three org-1 protein binding sites have been mutated, drives expression of EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
