Description

UASt regulates expression of a minimal region of Hsap\SARM1 comprising the TIR domain and the adjacent multi-merization (SAM) domains, but lacking the auto-inhibitory N terminus. It harbours a disruptive TIR mutation (alanine substitution of residues 697-704 in the TIR domain), resulting in an inactive enzyme. It is tagged with Venus.
