Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of put, mutated so that all 19 residues of the basolateral targeting (BLT) juxtamembrane sequence are deleted. In addition, the 19 amino acid BLT sequence has been appended to the C-terminal end of the coding sequence. The coding sequence is tagged with Tag:HA.
