Description

UASt regulates expression of isoform D (5kb) of Sarm cDNA with both a catalytically enhanced (CE) mutation (D1252E, equivalent to E604 in human SARM1) and an enzymatic dead mutation (E1290A, equivalent to E642A in human SARM1), and with a C-terminal Tag:HA tag.
