Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Spou\spiB coding sequence (nucleotides 51-795, lacks the predicted signal peptide). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(TotA) signal sequence, and at the C-terminal end (via a (GGGS)[[3]] linker) with Tag:V5 and Tag:polyHis.
