The rhi promoter and vas 3' UTR regulate expression of rhi in which the normal hinge is replaced by a scrambled amino acid sequence of the same length, tagged with a 'LAP' (localization and affinity purification) tag cassette ( 3xTag:FLAG-Tag:V5-GFP ).
