Description

The FRT cassette has been excised, allowing expression of a phosphomimetic form of ft tagged with EGFP under the control of the Act5C promoter. The ft coding sequence contains mutations in four conserved phosphorylation sites (S273D, T1052D, S1156D, S1387D).
