Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a constitutively active form of N that lacks its extracellular domain. The coding sequence consists of the signal sequence and signal cleavage site of Delta, followed by a Tag:FLAG epitope fused to N sequence that extends from residue N1742 to K2236.
