UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of N that is truncated at amino acid residue 2268. In addition, sequence encoding codons 1790-1811 has been deleted (this removes conserved motifs 4 and 5 from the Ram domain). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal with 6xTag:MYC.
