Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the sli C isoform that has been tagged as follows. A mCherry tag has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame. A Tag:MYC epitope flanked by two Ig2 linker sequences (IASKPKGASVRA) has been inserted at the end of the fifth EGF-like repeat, before the cleavage site.
