Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Hsap\HTT exon 1 into which β-hairpin enhancing mutations and a double proline substitution have been introduced. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mCherry. The 5'UTR sequence contains an intron sequence (ATPalpha intervening sequence 8/9).
