UAS regulatory sequences (from VALIUM20) drive expression of wild-type CSN5. The CGGAACCGATGTCAATGAGAA sequence targeted by the P{TH00061.N} transgene line has been changed to AGGTACAGACGTAAACGAAAA, to generate an RNAi-resistant over-expression line.
