Description

UAS regulatory sequences (from VALIUM20) drive expression of an enzyme-dead form of CSN5 (contains the amino acid replacement H135A). The CGGAACCGATGTCAATGAGAA sequence targeted by the P{TH00061.N} transgene line has been changed to AGGTACAGACGTAAACGAAAA, to generate an RNAi-resistant over-expression line.
