Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of H coding sequence (extending from codon 212 to the C-terminus of the protein) that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the signal peptide and transmembrane domain of Delta (to target the H protein to the plasma membrane. The coding sequence is also tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
