Description

The hb P2 enhancer and eve promoter are fused upstream of a transcription unit comprised of 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop, the lacZ coding sequence and an αTubulin 3'UTR. Two run binding sites have been introduced into the hb P2 enhancer sequence, at positions -170 and -128 relative to the transcription start site.
